The main house is a magnificent 16th century construction. The floors, stairs, plasterwork, paint and vaults have all been renovated to preserve the unique radiant character of the environment rich in color and vibrant in identity. The house has 9 master bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Some bedrooms are large enough to comfortably accommodate as many as 4 persons.
The names of each of the bedrooms make a reference to elements of the classical Italian theater. ‘San Carlo’, in honor of the most important theater of this tradition in Naples, ‘Golfo Mistico’ (the Mystic Gulf), ‘Orchestra Rossa’ (Red Orchestra), ‘Platea Verde’ (Green Platea), ‘Orchestra Rosa’ (Pink Orchestra), ‘Le Quinte’ (The Wings), ‘Sipario Bianco’ (White Curtain), ‘Loggione’ (Gallery), and ‘Piccionaia’ (Loft Gallery).
All rooms have stunning views of the surrounding countryside with the exception of the ground floor accommodations that naturally have a somewhat more limited horizon.
This small bedroom preserves an ancient wash-house that was activated using jugs of water coming from the only water well in the property.

During the restoration of this room we discovered drawings that some lovers had engraved on the plaster of the walls centuries ago. In the past this small, very cool room in summer time, was used as a storage for grains.
In the 17th century we have evidence that this large bedroom was used as a room for pilgrims and those in need of care. The large niche painted in blue housed a probably wooden statue of the Madonna. Both the colors of the niche and those of the walls have been restored with colored earth pigments to reconstruct the same original light.

Small single room, very intimate with a beautiful view of the garden. The door to the room has shown on one side the "Cacciata dei diavoli da Arezzo" and on the opposite side "The vision of the seats in Paradise" drawings both taken from the cycle on the life of St. Francis in Assisi. Orchestra Rosa and Red Orchestra share a large bathroom with bathtub.

This first floor room was the main kitchen of the house in the past. A huge fireplace of the early 19th century sculpted in pietra serena provided both fire and embers for the stove. In a large niche next to the fireplace a stone sink was collecting jugs’s water and above it a rudimentary wooden wall cabinet with two doors. The original pink color of the walls in this bedroom has been recovered together with ancient plaster mix made with lime, sand and earth.
In this beautiful large bedroom guest are able to see many testimonies of how rooms were decorated in early 18th century . Stencils reproducing a kind of wallpaper depict very delicate flowers and linear decorations. A layer of copper oxide and beeswax was laid during the restoration to "even out" the great chaos of these decorations.
This small two-bedroom suite connected by a door is an independent self-contained flat on the second floor. In addition to the double bed bedroom and the bathroom there is also a living area and a kitchenette with fridge, sink, stove and extractor hood. A large curtain in ocher color fabric hides the kitchen corner from the living room, in this way you get a second room for one / two / three people in addition to the double bed. Also in these rooms have been recovered entirely the original plasters made in earth, sand and lime in addition to the wall paintings in dark green-light green. The ceiling is covered in cannicciato, a diffused technique for decorating the ceilings in the past.
