Terzo di Danciano, the property adjacent to the Bachificio, has 4 rooms and an apartment inside the villa for a total of 15 people in double and triple rooms and a dormitory, 10 sleeps on the ground floor behind the Bachificio. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms. For larger groups other accommodations are available nearby, for a total of 40 people.

Two kitchens, one for small groups set in the garden close to the pool. Not heated in winter. A much biger kitchen set in the Bachificio building, availabe for group up to 100 people. Heated.

It is suitable to accommodate groups, creative laboratories, art schools, theatre and dance, yoga retreats and other holistic disciplines, art therapies, study groups, music and musicians, conventions and seminars, exhibitions, workshops, training courses, weddings, preparations for projects.
The Bachificio is a large rural building from the late 1800's where silk worms were once bred.
Fortunately, time has not affected the extraordinary beauty of this space. It nurtures and renews itself from its original purpose as a place of transformation, for which it was initially conceived and built, and now embodies a new project of rebirth and metamorphosis.
Wrapped in the inspiring atmosphere of these magical spaces, you will experience true contact with nature, yourself and others.
