Arriving from the A1 [FIRENZE-ROMA]

Turn off at BETTOLLE, follow for PERUGIA ss75bis.
Turn off at CORTONA.
When you get to the traffic lights in CAMUCIA
drive up the hill towards CORTONA.
After about 2 Km turn right towards MERCATALE.
Following towards MERCATALE (17 km) you’ll go by the villages of PERGO and MONTANARE.
When you get to MERCATALE, follow for UMBERTIDE after 2 km turn left towards SEANO.
After the turn off, the road goes uphill, most of the time it is a dirt track.
After 800 metres you’ll get to TERZO DI DANCIANO.

It is the third house on the right, immediately past the little country kiosk. You’ll recognize it by the large stone wall running along the property.

Arriving from the E45 [CESENA-VITERBO]

Turn off at GUBBIO - UMBERTIDE,
follow for UMBERTIDE.
When you get to the centre of UMBERTIDE,
follow signs to
TRESTINA - CITTÀ DI CASTELLO ss416.
After about 4 km turn left towards NICCONE and follow for MERCATALE.

Turn off at PROMANO and follow for UMBERTIDE.
On the road for UMBERTIDE after 5 km,
turn right towards NICCONE, CORTONA, TUORO
and follow for MERCATALE.

* Following the road ss416 towards MERCATALE turn right after 14 km towards
SEANO - DANCIANO CHIANTINA.
